Guidelines for use of MMAR conference room
The conference room may be used by all Primary and Affiliate members based on the following guidelines:

The Realtor or Affiliate must be in good financial standing with MMAR. They must have a paid membership for the current year and have no outstanding debts with MMAR.

They can use the room based on availability during the hours of 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Fridays. Contact the MMAR office for availability.

They can use the room for activities that do not conflict with MMAR education classes, events or activities. If there is a similar class/activity that MMAR offers, the Realtor/Affiliate’s fee to use the room will be 25% of the total revenue of the class/activity.

There is no fee for use of the room unless damage occurs to the room and its contents or cleanup of the room is required. The Association Executive will determine if there is damage/cleanup.

The room request form must be filled out by the requesting party and signed/approved by the Association Executive one week (7 business days) prior to the event.
