MMAR offices will be closed on Friday, July 3rd in observance of Independence Day!

Open Position: CEO of the Mountain Metro Association of REALTORS

The CEO is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Association. The CEO initiates policies and programs that mesh staff, committee volunteers, and financial resources to identify and effectively meet the needs of the association. The CEO is accountable to the Management Team of the Association, and the Board of Directors. The CEO is charged with implementing the policies and programs adopted by the Board of Directors. Individuals interested in applying for the position should have a firm understanding of the real estate industry and must meet the following qualifications:

• Good working knowledge of budgets and financial documentation
• Extensive knowledge of association management
• Be dedicated to the ideas, organization and goals of the Association
• Be capable of working under pressure
• Be of strong moral character with excellent leadership and motivational skills
• Be a good communicator
• College degree preferred
• Applicant should possess technology and computer skills as well as a basic understanding of internet display, traffic and marketing
